All G Hickey Design products are lovingly handmade, and I hope that you fall in love with them yourself. However, if you are not happy with the item and wish to return it please email me within 14 days of delivery. I will send you return delivery details and you shall receive a refund or exchange within 3 weeks of the item being returned in its original condition.

 

Care has been taken to ensure every product is packaged securely, however if your item has been damaged during postage please let me know within 24 hours of delivery. I am not obliged to reimburse any products damaged after this time.   

Wash on a delicate machine cycle at 40 °C / 105F. Delicate tumble cycle on a low heat. If ironing, use on a low heat using steam, ironing print side down for best results. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Products are often made to order, therefore, please allow up to 7 working days for items to be dispatched. Once dispatched, your order should be with you within 2-3 working days (UK delivery).

UK deliveries have flat rate of £7* up until an order total of £60. If you spend over £60, you will receive free shipping!

*The postage fee for orders of just cards/notebooks is £1.

International delivery costs are based on weight and will be calculated at the checkout. Please allow up to 15 days for international delivery (from dispatch).

If your order is being shipped outside of the UK or the EU, it may be subject to duties and import taxes. This is the responsibility of the recipient to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.

I use Royal Mail tracked services so you will be able to keep an eye on your order and a signature may be necessary.
